Mo Talley is the owner of Talley & Associates, P. C. His practice is concentrated in the area of real estate transactions, banking and finance. Mo is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Georgia, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mo served as a Magistrate Judge for Rockdale County from 1989-1993. He is a member of the Rockdale County Bar Association and the Old War Horse Lawyers Club. Mr. Talley serves on the Board of Directors of the Conyers-Rockdale Chamber of Commerce, the Conyers/Rockdale Habitat for Humanity, Inc. and Rockdale Emergency Relief, Inc. He is a graduate of Leadership Rockdale and actively involved in the Chamber of Commerce.
